I struggle with my rating for this restaurant in that I really want to give it 5 stars but there are some things that prevent me from doing so.
So let me start off by saying this was probably the best Indian food I've ever had - and I've been to many many Indian restaurants. I got the Chana masala and it came with perfectly cooked basmati, the best naan I've ever had and this delicious carrot "cake" dessert that I could eat every day. I can't wait to go back and try something else off their menu. It was so delicious it left an impression!
Now, as I mentioned, I can't give this place 5 stars. First, the location was a bit sketch and parking isn't great even though there is a parking lot. The inside is dark and outdated - though clean. There was no lunch buffet! I was highly disappointed because everything I read online said they offered a lunch buffet - there is even a set up for it. I would have loved to sample more dishes. Last, the waitress confused my order with my friend's in that I asked for mild+ and she asked for medium heat and mine was very spicy for mild+ and hers was too mild. They brought extra hot sauce for her so it worked out in the end. I also enjoyed the extra heat in mine and would probably ask for it next time! But for those very sensitive to spice, this may have ruined it for them (though why eat Indian if you don't like the heat? )
Summary - must try for delicious food. Just ignore the setting and ambience. -

The one and only place I truly enjoy! The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and the people are extremely friendly and sociable ! Food is worth the cost and extremely enjoyable!
The owners truly put their time into their work and make time to get to know their guests ! -

Bollywood is my families go-to for Indian takeout. They have all the classics and the portions are huge, so it's definitely worth the price.
I love their veggie pakorah, and always try to order something new because they have so much to offer. Recently my family and I had a big order, and when I got home with our take-out I realized we were missing all of our basmati, so I went back because mixing the rice with some the sauce based entrees is the best part!
The staff was so sweet and apologized and made sure I left with tons extra of fresh rice. I don't mind when little mistakes happen, and I could tell they were very appreciative I wasn't a jerk about it!
As I walked out & was about to head into my car, the owner ran out with a free dessert and further apologized. It was such a sweet gesture! -

I went here for a birthday party, and I had high expectations. I wasn't disappointed.
To begin with, the staff was wonderful. Polite, charming and very helpful.
We had drinks at the bar, and the bartender went out of his way to make us drinks with low calorie counts, per our request. What can I say? We wanted to save up our appetite and calories for the food.
Appetizers were delicious. Be sure to try the papdi chaat and the veggie pakoras. Both were perfectly balanced, and just the right amount of heat.
Main course - try the spinach and chickpea entree - it is a slightly different take on the classic, and is quite tasty. Paneer was alright, but I am a snob when it comes to this item. I have yet to find a place which serves exemplary paneer around here.
Meat eaters seemed to enjoy their food too, but I cannot claim to know firsthand :) Goat biryani seemed to be popular.
I had gulab jamun for dessert, and it was very, very good.
Parking is in their lot, and the area is nice to walk around too. Fill yourself up, and then walk a little bit before settling in the car for your ride home; I definitely needed it after gorging here! -

It's Saturday night after a very busy week, I am looking forward to some take out and relaxing with a movie.
The cuisine that could make this night perfect is Indian, or so I thought. I placed an order identical to what I get at neighboring Indian restaurants. ( vegetarian options ) The woman taking my order was pleasant but I thought I misunderstood her regarding the total. Upon pick up, yes, I heard correctly. The total it's about seven dollars higher than I normally spend. Just for me! One meal! When I commented that I thought it was costly I got a sassy comment from a gentleman working there. So perhaps the food is worth the money, let's give it a whirl. Ahhhhh, I was very disappointed. The serving size was fair. That naan was good. The main course itself was just OK. ( I ordered Saag Paneer ) If it knocked my socks off I'd order it whenever I had a hankering, regardless of the price. For me I know better take out places for Indian food within a 5 mile radius.
They do ( to their benefit ) appear to have a nice restaurant for dining in.
